    • Do I have to be connected to the Internet?
      1. No, all electronic materials will work even when you are not connected to the Internet.
    • My presentation doesn't start when I double click the link, is it broken?
      1. This happens when launching the presentation from within the zipped file.
      2. You MUST launch the presentation from the course specific sub-folder in the NSC Instructor Materials folder.
      3. Find the NSC Instructor Materials folder in the location you chose during the extract step (in the instructions above) and play the presentation from the course sub-folder.
      4. To avoid this in the future, delete the downloaded .zip file once the extract is complete.
    • Can I play the presentation on a Mac, tablet, or phone?
      1. Yes, the presentation can be played on any device that has a web browser.
        1. Keep in mind that you must know how to cast the presentation to a display in the classroom.
        2. Extracting the .zip file on some devices is complex, so we recommend extracting from a computer first and then transferring the files.
    • Can I choose to move my course materials to another location on my device?
      1. Yes, the materials can be moved, but there are specific steps.
        1. Always move the "NSC Instructor Materials" folder, never any sub-folders on their own.
        2. If your presentation no longer plays after being moved, we recommend starting over from the download instructions above rather than trying to fix the issue.
